- Administer medication
- Start IV and maintain ordered IV meds/hydration
- Place and maintain Foley catheters and G-tubes, trach & vent care, wound care and colostomy
LVN/ Licensed Vocational Nurse
- Patient education
- Administer medication
- Monitor and provide intervention
- Monitor, care for and maintain Foley catheters, trachs, vents, G-tubes, blood draws and other external to internal devices, wound care and colostomy.
Private Duty Referral Services
- Caregiver – CNA – LVN – RN
- Physical Therapist – Ancillary services
CNA/ Certified Nurse Assistant
- Assist with activities of daily living.
- light house work and meal preparation
- Cognizant monitoring and reporting of patient signs and symptoms
